The last time we sold an exciting attacking player called Brooks, who was just starting to show his worth, it funded a promotion.

I am not convinced that we are in a similar situation again, but let's see how it pans out. UTB.
 
Could be said the owners have made Wilder look a bit of a chump, regarding his statement last Saturday about 2 players coming in! Yes there was one, but its probably best to say nowt regarding our transfers coming in though, we're not very good at it are we.🤭

Wilder didn't specifically have to say what he did. He’s been long enough in this game to know things can change.

Still it’s not end of Friday yet. Still time for Harry Souttar to sign up!

He must have been given assurances it was going to happen, otherwise he wouldn't have said what he did.🤔 as for Soutter if we cant afford Dobbin.... I'll let you fill in the next bit mate🤭

Perhaps he’s putting pressure on the owners to deliver on their promises.
