Read a book where Thomas Muller said Germany were so riled up before the 2012 World Cup quarter final they were all absolutely exhausted after 20 minutes. They still won though being Germany and all

Worst thing he can do wind them up too much.

I hope he's measured and treats like most other team talks.

This team plays with heart and leaves it out on the pitch every week. They don't need telling it's a derby, and I doubt they'll need motivating.

We're also a football team, not an old fashioned up an at 'em side. Therefore we need cool heads passing the ball and keeping possession, and players remembering the individual jobs they've been given.

Leave the stupid reckless tackles to the likes of Hutchinson if he's playing.

piggy mates tell me he's not playing, hope it's true.

I'll be happy if he is. He'll walk a tightrope all game.
I'M not sure he will though. Yellow card is bread and butter for him and red an occupational hazard. I admire someone with that level of commitment but he takes it too far.

Personally I think it will be the opposite for this one with Wilder taking a calm approach.

If any players need a big passionate speech to get up for a big Derby match, then they clearly shouldn't be at the club!

The players will be fired up anyway. Last week's antics by Norwich and CW's punishment for his indiscretions came at the perfect time ahead of tomorrow's game and will serve as a reminder to keep feet on the ground and eleven bodies on the pitch.

Win or lose I know that our players will it their absolute all and have pride in wearing the shirt....and that's good enough for me!not felt like that about a Blades team for a long time
