Maybe he can be relieved of the manager’s job after 18 months with little or no compensation as long as his academy job can be offered to him.

That did shock me. To be honest, Slavball was very cautious and unadventurous.
Tuesday night Slav did look pissed off and unhappy the way the players weren't doing what he was asking of them.

It is a very long contract and hopefully there are many clauses in it to get rid if it goes tits up. Like you, I struggle to understand the length of the contract. It seems a poor appointment, hope I am wrong.
