Whatever his contract is rip it up, then double it in terms of wage and length.....then double it again....the lad is superb, one of the best I have seen at BDTBL for a long, long time.

Look at his story, a real rags to riches tale that the football world loves....and mark my words the elite of Europe will be circling like fucking vultures for this lad already....frightening thing is he is only 22, struggles to manage a full 90 he works so hard and will only get better and better and better....

Enjoy him whilst it lasts, this boy is destined for the very top.

N’Diaye gets 20+ this season as a 10/SS.

Don’t think we’re in danger of selling him as he’s not been around for long, but at the end of the season, unless we’re promoted he’s going for big money.

Love most about him, not the skills and the technical ability, but the fact he works hard off the ball and battles. These will get him to the very top.

He’s being watched, they are sniffing around.

I can imagine, but he’s the one we need to have some resolve on as his value will double if he has a good season. Unlike Berge who has played in the CL and PL.

His attitude and work ethic is sensational. He has both in the same email measures as his skill and technique. An absolute talent - and seems a humble, grounded lad too. The ultimate combination, destined for greatness IMO. A pure joy to watch. What a player.

He's the one I fear losing most. I hope we hold on to him til next Summer at least.

One of our most valuable assets & definitely the one that’s appreciating the most.
As Kozzy_is_my_Dad says, he’s a joy to watch and I’m sure several big clubs are already enjoying the view.
Hold onto him Blades. Please.

I've heard he can compose a 100 word email in 28.8 seconds

Might seem a dumb question but WHY?
The worse thing any club can do is reward players based on potential.

McBurnie and Brewster were also “the next big thing”.
We gave them massive salaries because we (and the experts) all thought they’d be so good.
Hate how players want the money up front before delivering anything.
So it seems weird how our fans think it’s a good idea to over inflate salaries for players with high potential.

We should give him what we can afford, which wouldn’t be much, whilst we’re in the Champiomship.
Suspect any pay offer will need to wait until next year, to see which division we’re in.

Also bear in mind he rarely plays 90 minutes and always seems to cramp up.
He’s also pretty inconsistent, in the previous game against Sunderland he didn’t do much.
Even this season I doubt he’ll be a regular and will probably be subbed on and off with Khadra.

'That goal' against Fulham caused people to wonder if he was something special.
Doing it again against Blackburn proved to them that he is, and that will have ramped up the interest significantly.
As Torrix says, give him a new contract with a £50 mill buy out clause to keep them away, or cover ourselves for a replacement.

If you watch his YouTube videos as a youngster practising with his dad you can tell he was going to be a star. Work hard pays off.

Another point that you see so often.

If we gave him a massive pay rise this week making the highest paid player at the club.
He might think he's made it. Lose his desire and his form will dip the season.

Conversely a common trend is that players in the final year of their contract often produce their best form.

Ultimately our financial strength revolves around which division we're in next season.

If 31st August/1st September rolls passed and we have him and Berge still on the books I will be surprised. Its Sheffield United after all.

Selling Berge and N'Diaye this season would bring back memories of January 98.
We're were doing so well and looking good for promotion.
We had Spackman as manager and played an attractive style of football, it was a great time to be a Blade.

Then we sell our 2 best strikers Deane and Fjortoft on the same day in the January transfer window.

Nigel Spackman is so angry with the board he ends up resigning in March 98
and we only end up finishing 6th in the league losing 3-2 on aggregate against Sunderland in the play-off semi finals.

Ah yes I remember it well.....Steve Thompson as manager until end of season?? That day we sold Deane and Fjortoft. Oh my word.

I stated on here last season that he is our best player ….nothing has changed. The lad has everything and was just lacking goals….destined for the top but let’s have another 18 months out him first…

It's a sad fact of life that we can't keep hold of anything good for long and as soon as the euphoria of Saturday's goal had died down, I was thinking how we'll struggle to keep him long term.

As with Berge, let's just hope that he doesn't need to leave in the near future, in order to play at the top level.

but what a great problem to have?

We don’t need to sell either BUT every player has a price. 99% of clubs are selling clubs and will always sell if they receive a stupid offer.
If we sell at high profit, safeguarding the future of the club and re-invest some of it….then that’s the definition of a well run club.

Brentford and Brighton regularly sell their best players making a huge profit and it’s helped them become even more successful.

I'm starting to think even if we keep these 2 and go up this season we'll have a battle on our hands keeping them in the Premier league. That said we'd probably get double for Ndiaye than we would currently and maybe the same 30m+ for a Sander Berge with 1 year left, counter balanced with being back in the top tier.

Get some new contracts sorted with huge incentives on promotion and we've genuinely got 2 close to world class players on our hands.

And Anel.. we're pretty fortunate we have a defender, midfielder and attacker who are premier destined.

Yeah, as the saying goes.. it's better to have loved and lost etc.. I just hope that we can keep hold of him for another season and like I say, be on a level footing with PL teams who might then come calling.
