I begrudgingly wanted Wednesday to win the Rumbelows cup.
I hated Man Utd, but more importantly I have lots of family and friends who support Wednesday and I knew it meant the world to them.
And I love United more than I hate Wednesday.
I'll put my tin hat on now ......

And so you should, it's something they still throw in our faces every opportunity.. cause we've won nothing in a few lifetimes..

I'd rather lose and get relegated if it meant they didn't win a title or whatever..

The joy I felt when Hull fucked them was incredible.. poviding we couldn't win the thing ourselves, I'd be happy to lose so they don't.. fuck the co op ripping off wankstains..

In 2001/02, we played Walsall in our last home match (second-to-last game of the season). We were comfortably lower-mid table, but Walsall and Wednesday were both in danger of relegation. We lost 1-0, and there was a general mixed feeling in the crowd. There was definitely quite a bit of laughter and ironic cheers when Walsall scored. The pigs and Walsall both stayed up in the end (Wednesday went down the following season).

there were plenty of pigs on the lane end that day in with walsall fans but there was also loads of blades on wednesdays kop when man city dumped em in the old 2nd division in april 1970

I remember how some of them were delighted when they lost to Leeds the season we went up as it put Leeds ahead of us, even though they had a slim chance of making the play offs.

That went well, they missed out on the play offs and we went up anyway

So if the choice is us needing to win to get into the Champions League but Pigs would then win the Premier League OR losing so we both miss out then I really couldn't be arsed either way. In that particular parallel universe I'd be midway through "Girl band May" and preparing for my session with the Sugarbabes having rogered Girls Aloud senseless all of last week.

Sure we aren’t throwing it in our own faces these days? Not heard a pig mention for years, where as we have it on this forum too regularly along with our attendance thread that’s getting way too much input for us! Let’s not be as low as them twats.

Well you don't socialise with them then, or more to the point try to pull them for thier misguided behaviour..scraping a relegation with the star locked onto thier bell ends..etc.

the ones I drink with pull it out of the bag all the time..

Least we've won something in my lifetime, Unlike United.. that's how it goes..
