it was always 'Rapist Ched Evans' reported in the press, but 'Footballer Adam Johnson' or 'Sunderland winger Adam Johnson'
Maybe grooming a child for sex is more acceptable?

Graham Rix got 12 months for shagging a 15 year old and he seems to have been rehabilitated by the press. He went straight back into his old job when he got let out.

Fair enough but Ched has acquired permanent new forenames since he got banged up

When Cheds conviction gets overturned (which I believe it will), he'll be 'Former possible rapist but definite cheating Welsh bastard Ched Evans'.

In which case he'd be the perfect Blades metaphor. Full of promise, a fleeting moment of substance, on the very brink of a real success, only to be brought down by a combination of his own stupidity and outrageous fortune...

I notice the ultimate cunt, Jean Hatchet hasn't made comment yet. If he/she is what he/she says he/she is; suerly he/she will be rearing his/her ugly head very soon?!

Adam Johnson's having a party, bring your play dough,
and your Barbie

I know it's serious but this made me laugh. Don't take em long to come up with em eh

The fast tracking of his appeal really has been quick hasnt it?

Well I know there was some possible evidence that recently came to light which would've helped his original trial, so maybe that's played a part. I've not heard anything for a while mind.

It's because there's an ongoing trial so it's against the law to write anything that might prejudice a jury.

Once his trial is finished, it will be open season, particularly if he gets convicted of the last 2 charges.

Thanks Sheff. That makes sense.
