Surely this must be a contender?.........
I'd say this was the moment we finally extinguished the memory of Boxing Day 79 as we completed the Sheffield 'double' 13 years later.

As it happens the day my children were born was quite traumatic and I can't say I enjoyed it very much.
It's very Hollywood to pretend that a childbirth day is a magical day - most people I've spoken to about it didn't enjoy it at all.
The enjoyment all comes later.
What better than when we won the European cup beating Real Madrid 5-0 ?having a threesome with 22 year old blond twins still my best day , by a mile
then the mother and daughter one
Ill let you know when we do , actually winning an FA cup might be enoughWhat better than when we won the European cup beating Real Madrid 5-0 ?
Bert sat high in the stand behind the goal, it was meant to be for the Leicester fans but half of Sheffield had encamped there.
Behind Bert were Unitedites with broad Scottish accents. It sounded very strange hearing Unitedites who didn't have our Sheffield accent. It still does sound odd.

first was the twins ,,,,then .... the.............................if one was a mother and the other the daughter, how were they both 22?)
I was in that stand too. About half an hour before kick-off, the atmosphere was pretty weird. Nobody seemed to know who was who. Deciding to break the deadlock, I got up on my seat and started 'We're on the march with Bassett's Ar-my..!' Cue widespread fisticuffs. Top, top day.
One of my other faves was on 21/4/93 at the sty. Wendy had a tidy team back then but we went there and did our usual 'Bassett' job on them. This vid. doesn't show much (in fact it must have been edited by a fucking pig fan as you'd think there was only Wendy on the pitch). 1-1, Deano scored but memorable for the flares - before the game and after our goal. About seven on each occasion, including one in the North Stand. (I should know. I was, er, involved.) Spoke to some pigs afterwards and they said it was the best they'd seen at an English ground.
Does W*ddle rod the Blades on his way off there? He'd get a six month ban for that now - a much-missed part of football.
Played against him in a charity game last year - reight mardy tw*t.
