Would be a huge potential one off game that. A win and we’re in the Champions League with Villa relegated.

If Grealish plays it could also be the 1st ever game where a player is booked for diving due to someone sneezing near them.

It could also pave the way for him playing in Europe next year, Villa lose, get relegated, enabling him a guilt free move to Man U

Another interesting point about the Bundesliga which nobody really expected is that the ‘ball in play’ time has massively increased since games going behind closed doors. Teams and players are having to cover a lot of extra ground, kilometres more for some players. Nobody is quite sure why at the moment, with the main theory being that the referee has no crowd to influence him into giving free kicks so the games have been allowed to flow more.

Will that give us an extra edge? I think probably yes, given our fitness levels do seem superior to most in the league.

I’ll cling on to every possible advantageous suggestion. Just imagine on the return if the lads ripped the lot up and won every game at a canter whilst the oppo were blowing out of their arses
