I don't hate him, I just feel he isn't open to different styles of play. Which makes him a second rate manager.

i don't hate him i just think he's not a good manager ....but he is a great assistant manager
As much as he'd like to pretend so, with his interview on Radio Sheff in which he said 'Sheffield... UNITED' and made out as though he couldn't say the word 'Wednesday', he's not a Blade. He's a southerner, and not only that he's a southerner who walked out on us to join Leeds a few years ago.

I'm a southerner
I was born not far from you, and have an Irish passport, and was still brought up a Blade. Why you're a Blade means nowt; the fact that you are is all that matters.
I was born in Essex. I was brought up in Sheffield, and was the first in my family to support the Blades.
But I am a Blade. Not a pretend one, who says he is - like our manager, who wants to be Neil Warnock so badly it's embarrassing.
No disrespect to those from Darn Sarf - if you're a Blade, you're a Blade. But he's not - never has been, never will be.
p.s. we sold Tony Currie to Leeds, I believe. He didn't walk out on us.

He took a promotion and doubled his pay - wouldn't most of us do that? It's a very rare person in football (Dane Whitehouse being one of the very very few) who puts club allegiance before career.
I don't know about the pay rise, but his job role at Leeds was a step down in comparison to what he was doing at the Blades - not a promotion.

I shudder at the thought
If I were in his shoes, I certainly wouldn't pretend to be a Blade after doing so.
