For those who went to the game last night can someone tell if he did alright ? Or was he not on long enough to really do much ?

He didn't get a massive amount of time on the ball, but he moved well, tried the odd thing, had the odd shot. He'll be rusty, but saw nothing to suggest with a good bit of contact training/matches he'll not be back in contention soon enough

i dont personally thin that hulse is better than beattie.

I think that he will just join the fight for places when he is 100% fit and ready

Bit harsh to want rid based on 3 chances that didn't come off! I thought both Sheffield FC keepers did pretty well to be honest.

I personally would leave him until the Ipswich game at home on 6th Nov - cos we have a build up of games leading upto that game and a quality high work-rate striker like Hulse would do wonders if the squad is a bit tired - cant wait till he's back
