If the FA want to bring back the magic of the FA cup, they need to scrap this fucking pointless competition.

Last 15/20 years I've always said they should scrap the English and Scottish League Cups and have one British Cup, with maybe the top 4 from Northern Ireland and top 2 from the Welsh league, and rotate the final between Wembley, Millennium and Hampdump, have the semi's over one tie at neutral ground too. These days I don't think even that would create that much more interest, other than us sad c**ts wanting to tick off Montrose away on a freezing Tues night in November.

Nowt wrong with Hull

Point well made, Sheffield football could have looked very different if they'd got promoted and the millions that go with it, even if they'd come straight back down they'd be in a great position to bounce back. Whereas thanks to Hull and Huddersfield and Wednesday's neshness, they have an overpaid team of flops - Forestieri and Joao and they're rumoured to be off to balance the books.
