They don't book keepers until the last 10-15 mins. If I was a keeper I would take ages if my team were under the cosh or playing for a point. Refs are terrified to book them early. It's like they are not allowed? Ridiculous. Never ever known a keeper in recent times at a top level in this country be sent off for two yellows for timewasting. Never happens. The refs are weak but don;t blame the keepers. I'd do the same if I could get away with it. He warned him 3 times in the first half and then he spoke to the captain - still did not book him. He should have booked him early and then he would not have done it as much but knew he could keep doing it.

As others have said Henderson did it a lot for us too.

Theres not even any point booking them in the 87th- all that does is give him a licence to do it even more through injury time, because there's no chance in hell the ref is going to book them for it again. Should have been booked FAR earlier for it.... but they never are.

As for the one today taking the piss, then fair fucks. I’d have laughed if I was him as well, the way the game ended and with that stupid cunt mincing onto the pitch at him (funnily enough, he couldnt get away fast enough when the big fucker of a centre half saw what was happening and came over).

Paddy Kenny and Dean Henderson were both bigger and better at shithousing the opposition fans than him today, and we loved them for it.

I can understand why these players time waste because weak referees let them get away with it.
Two minutes of additional time added on in first half. Their centre half was on the deck for at least five minutes and it actually took the ref two minutes to tell the keeper to stop time-wasting!
