How many other clubs would put up with this?

Just thinking about similar clubs to us who have been in this league recently, Leeds, Forest, Southampton, Norwich, Wednesday,

If they were bottom of League 2 having just lost six in a row and scoring next to no goals, would they be arguing amongst themselves about whether the manager needed more time to turn things around?

Of course not, Norwich needed only one game to realise they had made an error and got rid and gave the job to someone who took them onwards and upwards.. we are going to fanny about until nearly Xmas until they finally realise the inevitable and by then it will be too late and we will be almost consigned to League 2.

The board need to admit they got it wrong relieve Weir of his duties this week, before the Crawley game.

Derby have sacked Nigel Clough and they are 14th in the Championship,Sunderland,Carlisle and DW worse than all those!

The silence is deafening.

I just read an article where it said DW was a big part in persuading HRH to sign on the dotted. That he was really impressed by DW. I guess that is why his bacon hasn't been cooked yet. But any fool can talk a good game, no use if on the pitch you get beat every week. I imagine Brian Clough would impress nobody with his attitude in the boardroom. Didn't stop him being one of the greatest managers ever though.

You surely can add Manchester City to the list, we hardly set the league on fire..got promoted thanks to the play-off

sounds like a smokescreen to me.. to buy him a little bit of sympathy and time.. he can have my sympathy.. DW you have two more home games and that's it i'm sorry. in my game if i turn up for a job and can't do the shit that i put on my cv i'm out the door very rapidly

Only lasted 44 days at Leeds though.:)

The game is simple. Score more than your opponents. Everyone would like to win pretty like Barcelona but there's only one of them and it aint a stage show it's sport and results mean everything.

Win pretty, if not win plainly, if that don't work then win ugly!
