Anybody know how many we're taking to Portman road on sunday??
I know there's nothing riding on the game with regards to promotion or relegation, but, it would be nice to see a good following for the last away game of the season.

As of last Friday evening we had sold around 500 apparently!

I'd be surprised if there was more than 700 there. The £31 ticket price for a nothing game will have put alot of people off.

That is true, but I think equally the disgraceful lack of entertainment and the pathetic lack of quality/cohesion,leadership we have is also a huge factor.

Bit of both if you ask me. £31???? Don't deserve any sort of crowd for that pricing.

I first went to Ipswich during the power cuts of '74 to see us lose an FA Cup tie 3-2 in one of the best games I've ever seen. Was back to see us win 1-0 on the last day of the season with Woody scoring a screamer in the last minute. Fighting on the terraces and the streets, "nothing to play for" didn't really cut it in those days.

Since then I've been there 14 times and NEVER seen us win again (we did win the following season but I couldn't go and we did get THAT 2-2 which seemed very much like a win) so we should be in for a win this week-end as I won't be there.

We've gone 19 games without a win at Portman Road, which is our longest current streak by some distance.

Going, but scrimping on the fancy dress this year.

Keenzy? [Admin: how do I spell Keenzy longer than Keenzy? Bloody frustating message]

I don't know if I can be arsed with the fancy dress either. I can't even be arsed to go to the match to be honest, I feel like I've just thrown my money away!

£31? I had considered it but realised it clashed with a stag do and I was slightly disappointed. But there isn't a prayer of earth that I would have paid £31 to see this fixture. Disgraceful.

Can we all do the "Conga" at portman road when news comes through the pigs are losing?
They would have a job chucking all 700 of us out, unlike at villa!
