I think if nothing changes soon we'll be in the same boat this time next year anyway. To me Blackwell is just the YES man the main problem is higher up.

The problem is, if Blackwell went... who would take the job?
We're like Newcastle... the fans have expectations which are completely unfounded in the way the club is set up and run.

I disagree.
The club is set up and run with the intention of becoming a top ten Premiership side. Not my words, the words of our Chairman.
If the fans are guilty of being unrealistic, it's because the Club have put the expectations on us.
If we got rid of the useless foreign clubs and used any money spent on them on the team instead, that might be a start. Although that said, I'd be loathe to give Blackwell any money as he'd only waste it on players who are completely unsuited for the style of football he wants them to play.

It was 1 fecking match, and your all ready to tear up your season tickets! My understanding of it, is Blackwell's come in to manage a team out of their depth, and not have the money avaibile to buy any class players. Not one player today looked premiership ready (maybe killgallon), but your still in the top 6. If we were in your position, i'd count me lucky stars and enjoy it while it last's.

Its not 1 game though, Its been happening for a while now, and for a lot this is pretty much the final straw.

Yep, changing the manager now would be daft.
Can we not take any positives at all, from what I keep reading obviously not? A lot of teams would swap places with us. We are STILL in the top 6 and in the cup even after poor performances. Ok, it doesn't say a lot for the league but things could be worse.

Very true. Never thought of it like that before but you're right. They are perhaps responsible for us expecting more, and I think it is justified to want and expect more. How we, as fans, react to not achieving those goals however is questionable but I appreciate peoples' opinions differ.
Get over yourself; it was only a couple of weeks ago when every second word out of your lots mouths was Dave Allen.
You clearly know nothing about our situation and frankly your opinion means nothing to me anyway because you support our arch rivals.

How many were complaining when Blackwell got the job? I know beightonblade probably was....but then when isn't he?
What he did last season meant he deserved at least 1 year at the club.
Hes going to get till the end of the season anyway. I hate the idea of another car park protest. We'll get a reputation as idiot fans, like Newcastle etc.

Saturday was all down to BB! I was talking to him on here and he was full of optimism, I should've realised what would happen at that point. I mean, a positive, optimistic BB is scary and unnatural!

Well i'll admit i thought the occasion wud be enuff to sort sumat out wi the team...........how wrong can you be.........a shit pigs team made the Blades look very poor, i was at BDTBL last time the pigs won but it didn't feel as bad as Saturday !

Blackwell is completely out of his depth. Let me ask anyone this, if we somehow managed to get promoted who realilly thinks that KB has the nouse to keep us in that division.
He is completely 1 dimensional and when plan A (half the time I don't even think we have a plan A) doesn't work we are lost.
He says he wanted to play an expansive game using wingers to get crosses in. We are now playing 4-3-3 lumping the ball up top all the time.
Ask any Leeds fan about KB, they'll tell you the exact same thing.
TBH I was surprised that KB got a contract for as long as he did, the board were so overjoyed after the end of last season they just couldn't be arsed to look any further.

End of the dau loosing against Doncaster and the pigs at home says it all.

With the way it is there's no point in doing anything about it now.
We may aswell save it till the end of the season because we're not going to make the playoffs anyway, and it will save money for getting rid of him.
At the moment they can't sack him, because they can't give a justified reason. When about 40-50% of fans renew their season tickets next season because of his management, that's where they'll be able to justify it.

Why oh why can we not pass the ball to feet on the floor, if we've got the ball nobody can score against us, when we hoof it up to our shortish front line we lose possession and get punished. We can play we just don't, its easier receiving a pass to feet rather the challenging for a header so why not?
