Brooks was incredibly lucky to stay on the pitch.

He was fouled three times before he “retaliated”
Whistle should have gone well before he was put in 5hat position.
He’s young.

It's not a criticism, just an observation. He should have been off, regardless of the fouling.

I've got screenshot which I'll post at some point. He does naff all as far as I can see. Pulls his arms away from the player in frustration. Doesn't swing out or throw an elbow or anything.
Looked to me like he had a bit of a swing nowhere near the player, but he threw himself to the ground anyway.

Yellow for theirs for the foul, yellow for Brooks for retaliating, second yellow for theirs for simulation.

If that's the summary of the game we were well beaten tonight, positive was how assured Moore looked. I suspect he now has the shirt.

PS Brooks booked for getting hacked is a joke.

Couple of gilt edge chances there missed. At this level we obviously need to take them. There never as easy as they seem but if taken I can see us going onto win it. Oh well, just one of those nights. Hope Blackman is ok, but have to say I hope Moore wins his place back for the rest of the season, he was quality last season and unfortunate to be on the bench this season.

Really?!?!

Didn't even look like Brooks touched him with his hand at all, I'd have given the freekick for Brooks being hacked or the freekick for the dive by their player. Shocking decision in my book

Watched that ten times having watching it live, no way does Brooks do anything other than pull his arm away, what a divv for going down like he'd been stabbed. Set of blowholes for cheating for 95 minutes.

I know we were poor but anyone who was there can't for a minute agree that those sky highlights summarize the game. For a start it shows their offside chance in the 2nd half but doesn't show the 2 similar ones for us in the 1st half and the disallowed goal in the 2nd (Sharp was offside) Sloppy passing in the final third really let us down last night

Both O'Connell and Clarke should have netted.

We had numerous chances in the second half and came much closer than they did but no highlights of those.
They were stronger than us on the night and worked extremely hard.
Can't complain at the result - although it would have been a 0-0 if Jamal hadn't fallen over CCV.

One thing still rankles. My first impression was that Sylla was offside for the initial lob forward that led to the goal. You can't tell from the coverage but he seems to be very close. That lino struggled to keep up and I think he missed it.

Take our chances in the first half (at the very least JOC's miss is as bad as it gets) and we don't moan about all the QPR timewasting, we celebrate another good result.

Can't be missing those in scrappy games. On the other hand, QPR did a good job of stopping us, and if Leeds were questionable at times for the misplaced passes yesterday was awful. We missed Fleck's influence so much.

Whatever. Poor result, poor performance, let's move on. As long as they come out on Saturday with what we're used to there'll be no worries.

Just watched the highlights and saw Clarke and O'Connell pull off a great foul from Coutts corner that O'Connell missed the sitter. Watch Clarke hold O'Connell's marker while he gets free at the back post. who'd be a referee.
