Hi all...don't get excited I'm not some big American investor or an oil well magnet. Nope...Sheffield born and bred. Been living and working in Texas for almost 4 years now and following the trials and tribulations (mostly) on forums and the official website. Listen most match days....with kick offs at 9am most Saturdays the timing works out pretty well.

My Dad first took me to Bramall Lane when i was young in 1961...now I look back at the history we'd just been promoted to the First Division....and so the drug addiction began !

Anyhow enough about me. Go Blades.....ahem sorry COYRAWW!!!!

I spent one night in Houston... Stopped at a random motel on the freeway in (route 5?), which unknown to us was some sort of DSS or parole place. We were advised to leave. Quickly.

Eh up y'all.....see I'm totally mucked up here! I'm in Houston...I do work in the oil biz down here. Thanks for the nice welcome to the message board. I used to post on the BladesUnited board before that bit the dust. Nice to have somewhere for venting over the latest performance....or maybe even celebrating. Anyhow I'll pick that up on the main thread. As for temps here...been up to 72 deg F today (22 C I think) but was down to 42 deg F (5 C) overnight so extremes are us right now! Dry though and at least more daylight than back home. Can't be bad eh?
