Hi,

I run the above SAINTS blog, I have started doing a piece each game with reference to the away team. As you will know, you will have the long trip down to Southampton mid week and so link back to your forum, a blog and the official site.

My blog has been running for 7 months now and is slowly growing in support. I can not wish you good luck with the game this week, but I can wish a safe journey to the blade fans. We will hopefully get our second home win of the season and extend our unbeaten run to three games under the new manager.

Welcome to the forum... our Soton Match Thread can be found HERE... as you can see, we're not exactly buzzing with the thought of that kind of trip on a Tuesday night. Apparently, we've only got one official coach going down so our fans might look a bit lonely.

We had a good trip down to Southampton last season which turned into a rather messy weekend truth be told!

We need to stop the flow of cards and opposition goals, the reverse fixture in October gave us a nil nil game, but we lost Lancashire from the pitch, the last game we had Molyneux sent off, and have in nearly every game out scored teams with yellow and red cards.

Heart hopes we win 2 nil, mind thinks could be another draw, which is good in a way as it keeps the points ticking over but we need three points at this stage of the season.

I can see us winning the saints in midweek, reason being were playnig well away from home atm, and you lads aren't great at home

Welcome, went to uni on Soton in the late 70's, have some great memories of the Dell.

Will it be snow stopped play I wonder? They have to decide to day I think as it is such an awful journey mid week.

Official site saying decision tomorrow 9am.
Then again knowing the reliability of that source it could have been made 9pm yesterday

Sportsman have an official coach running, so that'll make two!! (If their numbers are ever low, they transfer onto Travel Club coach, so must have a fair few booked on)
