Hello Mr Deadbat, ZLB here,

Firstly, I must say I am an admirer of your work. Tremendous level of thought and detail in your reports. Love it.

I'm not sure if you are aware, but I have noticed a large amount of 'not sure' references in your posts. I became so fascinated by its usage (yeah, sad i know) that I searched a few posts for it. And yes, sure enough there they were. They all contain multiple 'not sure's'.

I stopped after 7 searches. I'm not sure if this will be of interest, but here goes anyway. West Brom (away) had 19 not sures and West Brom (home) had 16 not sures. If I had the time and inclination I'd search all the games to date to see if 19 can be beaten, and produce a league table, but not sure it's worth the effort.

Keep up the great work and up the Blades.

xxx

Are you one of his students who he relentlessly bollocks for not using enough variety of vocabulary in their homework? If so, well done.

I would speculate it's as a result of authoring reports on an iPhone 6 at midnight after a night on the piss following the game.

Don't get me wrong, I admire the work that goes into Deadbat 's reports. I once did one in the same style after a win at Oxford a few years ago when deadbat was unavailable and I lost half a days work doing it!

I think Deadbat writes very interesting and enjoyable reports. I always look forward to them . The post above written by ZLB is just very silly and totally without any merit.

I'm not sure whether you are criticising or praising me ZLB ? 😉

Consider myself being sure to watch my not sures moving forward.

One thing I am sure of is there are plenty of other stock phrases I use time and time again. Surprised you have only focused on one!

It's definitely a bad case of writers cramp/crap 😶

I always read your thoroughly enjoyable reports but draw the line at your player ratings. Do you still give Michael Doyle really low figures even though he’s been gone some time?

:)

Trainspotter alert!

Oh I am not sure you can say that. Sounds like he's done his homework
First posting I look for after a game. I always send your thoughts on the opposition to friends who support them. Comments from the last two

Talks a lot of sense, maybe our next managerial candidate

Spot on with everything though Lees is very decent at our level - I don’t think we ever expected to be anywhere near top end.
A few Barnsley supporting friends have commented on the poor facilities in the away end.
We never tested your keeper and you had quite a few good chances/shots/scrambles - we had the disallowed goal.
Draw was fair - IMO.

A prophet hath no honour in his own country.

Aside from the report, the Tufty Club pod is usually the first I listen to, with Bladespod a close second (sorry Beans )
