We shouldnt be looking at crappy trialists really.

Most of our main targets were missed in the transfer window and now we are just looking at signing anyone who can kick a ball because we have no one else.

Its not just a problem in football but in other industries.

You've also got to look at the reason why there are agents in the game. They're at times a necessary evil. They probably came in (not sure when) to ensure that young lads with a lower education weren't getting ripped off by dodgy chairmen. Probably the main reason why players have them nowadays is to market them to clubs, do all the legal work with the contract and get them a decent deal. Trouble is those players that really need a decent agent are the ones with a dodgy one!

Yeah I know they may have started with the best of intentions and in other industries also, but then the greedy of some take over and the explotation of players soon shifts hands from dodgy chairmen to the agents sad fact of life really.
