Welcome to the forum... I've said as much in the Comments, Suggestions and Problems forum, but we've been up against it trying to keep disruption to a minimum this weekend 
Not allowing memberships to get through the system allowed any Wednesday fans looking to cause trouble that chance to calm down a bit.
