Hello from me

Hi all, :hello:

Here it is, my first post of hopefully many.

“Who Are You”, you may be asking. Well the “Real Me” has been a Blade since the early seventies and like many of “My Generation” my favourite all-time player is Tony Currie, there really is no “Substitute” for skill like he had. For many years I followed the Blades “Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere” all over the country but now “My Wife” likes me to stick to home matches only. Like many of you “I Can’t Explain” why I continue to love the Blades, and after another big match disappointment last season I thought I’ve “Had Enough” I “Won’t Get Fooled Again” but “You Better You Bet” I was soon renewing my season ticket, a real “Bargain”.

Well that’s me introduced, it’s good to be here and I look forward to a successful season.

Welcome TWB!

It's good to "Join Together" with other Blades and "The Kids Are Alright" on here. I often think I've "Had Enough" of United but am always back, shouting "Let's See The Action" at the start of every season. I know we'll have "Another Tricky Day" but as all Blades know that's only to be expected!

Hi Chapel Allerton, bet you can't get "Baba O'Riley" or "Cobwebs and Strange" into a Blades related sentence

We'd have been better off with Baba O' Riley at right back against Coventry for their 2nd goal. (The) Who knows what cobwebs and strange things were going on in France's and Monty's heads to let the wretched McIndoe in behind them.
