Has McCabe Made One good Decision?

I'm struggling to think of one good decision that McCabe has made since we were relegated from the PL - apart from the decision to reverse a previously bad decision e.g. sacking Micky Adams.

Has he done anything right since 06/07?

Some People may not like him but Blackwell came in and did well following Robson, unlucky not to take us up the following year. That wasn't a bad decision
