The temper thing is a good observation. Playing alongside Stones, who possesses a temper himself, won't help in that respect. He needs, and I'm talking 'type' of player, someone like Vidic to learn from, but otherwise I agree, he has all the attributes necessary.

£2.5m plus a sell on for a third division player who had made it clear he wasn't going to stay, wasn't bad business. Especially when there was only one bidder.

Obviously the experts on here have the benefit of hindsight to show what a piss poor club we are.

Pay them with what exactly? Fucking scotch mist?? Were you a grown up when we paid players “what they were worth”, when we paid certain players 15...20k a week!! Players like Morgan, Monty...Doyle, Collins!!!
It was those care free spending limits that caused the scenario where we ended up relegated and ended up unable to fund the wages players like Maguire were leaving for and therefore also unable to offer the level they were after playing at to progress.
Maguire left to play at a higher level. End of.
He has progressed immensely since he left too, and that’s due to playing in he premier league and with better players. We couldn’t offer that at the time. Due to poor spending.

So grow the fuck up.

Every club sells. Shall we look at Barnsley with Stones? QPR with Sterling? MK with Ali? Sunderland with Henderson? We could go on all day. You just look like an immature, bitter and rather dim witted person spouting the shite you come out with.

When we eventually make it to the premier league then and only then will we be in a position to block transfers. Fact.

Hope so. Let me repeat, pay players what they are worth and they stay. We as a club can't do that so they fuck off, but if we did we'd be a fuckin great side. That's all i'm sayin pal, we sell too cheap and sell too early.

We can’t fucking afford to you plum!!
That’s a fact.
So who’s fault is it we can’t afford it? Km? Us? Previous managers? Scudamore? Premier league?
How does a league one side pay a player 20k a week? Name any other player ever that’s been paid that in L1.
Walker went to spurs for more than that. How many players back them were being paid those sums in the champ?

So facts are we couldn’t afford to, no other club could either in the same position as us, and the lure of playing the best every week is every good footballers goal.
Km sanctioned the sales but he’s had no choice. Keeping them forever was never an option, and isn’t for any other club either

With so much press coverage being devoted to Harry I would love one of the newspapers to interview Steve Bruce and ask what was the reason for putting him out on loan to Wigan and then choosing another player coincidentally named Bruce.

Hull City should be suing Bruce for neglect of duty.

Look up some of the players these sides have sold. Southampton in particular.
And also look up some of the sums their owners have “invested” and then lost tontry and make them competitive.
Bournemouth being fined was it £6m for breaching fairnplay rules when they went up!!! They have a billionaire funding them!
Fulham’s owner is buying feckin Wembley stadium. Another billionaire!!
Yet if one of the big boys wanted any of their players they would be sold. Fact.

Unbelievable in it that he played his bloody son instead of Harry , it really wasn't a good move for Harry going to dull , but YET again this fooking club I support , lets a player of Harrys standard at his age go to the Massive club that is Hull city . now that fooking unbelievable !!
