Anybody any ideas of how our scouts network operates when identifying young players in the elite clubs youth teams, because it seems the sensible way to concentrate on after the success with other young players acquired in the same way,and if money is going to be scarcer for transfer fees from next season our youth set up and recruitment in that area will become crucial.

There was a podcast a few years ago with a southern based scout for us getting young players in. Unfortunately it seems to have been taken down
