Harper - Official ?

Just got back from (an ill timed) 10 days in Spain and am astonished to learn we've signed Harper.

I'm astonished because there was nothing on teletext on deadline day, and I still cant see anything on the main site !

Only references are on BBC, where historically filed reports conflict, and as always on here - again threads concflict though!

Can someone point me please to official club confirmation that this went through
