.......the job Wilder and his team have done.

11th in the bloody 3rd div when he took over, and now premier league!!

Unbelievable job!!

That is payback for all the trips to the toilet venues of England.

Get in lads, so happy and proud!!

He hasn't done yet either, not by a long shot!

He has risen to every challenge put in front of him throughout his career, the PL will be no different.

Was chatting to a colleague yesterday [Liverpool fan] and his assessment was 'Sheff U have done amazingly well but I fear for you next season in the prem'. Very typical really, but the more people underestimate us the more will have egg on their faces.

Quite honestly I look at the current PL table and disarding the teams already relegated, I reckon we could beat any team from 18th up to 13th, plus the 2 that come up with us from the Champ, and that's before we make any additions.

We won't just be making up the numbers chaps!

As I said in another thread, I could not bear to watch or listen to it. My cousin, lives 2-3 miles from the lane, texted me saying he thought we had scored as he heard the roar and again when the second went in. I checked online and saw it was 2-0. I got the most emotional I have over football, probably ever. What Wilder and Knill have done is absolutely remarkable. In this day and age where money counts, I'm struggling to think of a better achievement.

Yep.
When we got promoted from league 1 the pigs said we'd get battered every week, that we couldn't handle the step up and that we'd get relegated.
How'd that work out for them? :D
Anyone who thinks we'll keep the same personnel is deluded.
So if you don't know what the team will be how can they know we will struggle?

What a day, at the minute I just feel relief, I've been off my food this week and had tension all across my midriff, it's felt like I was due a heart attack at times from the stress! Great effort today from everyone and its truly a remarkable effort to get promoted, especially with Villa and Leeds in the playoffs as opposed to us. That's some achievement given our budget.
