Looking forward to the Walsall game next week and hoping to finally see us play well against them. My memories of Walsall are almost all negative, the infamous Don Givens penalty miss, Axel Smeets open goal miss, a disappointing defeat during our failed promotion campaign in 2012 and loads of dull 1-1 draws. We have already lost twice at home to them this season. Let's get a few goals next week!

Someone said they'd feel more confident at Anfield than Southend.

Wilder doesn't care where we play, our players will set foot on any pitch in this league and dominate.

Pointless Trophy when Clough was in charge. Fat bloke ran onto the pitch with five minutes to go, totally unopposed he jogged over to the Blades fans, took his shirt off goading us (they were 1-0 up), he looked shitfaced and very pleased with himself that he'd managed to get so far! A steward then chased him over to our goal and he was rugby tackled by two coppers (I think)? By far and away the most entertaining part of the evening; one of the worst games of football I've ever seen. That's my best memory of Wallsall.....

4-0 win under warnock on a boxing day, i reckon 2002/2003? (Please correct me if i''m wrong)

Went out drinking as soon as we arrived home, pernod and black, woke up the next morning to bacon sarnys and the old boy asking if i had a good night? Which obviously i had! He then proceeded to tell me how he found me on the bathroom floor stark bollock naked covered in purple sick around 3am when he got in from work, top day out, :-)

Michael Brown my lord, Michael Brown!

In our last 10 League and Cup games, we've beaten them once and had five 1-1 draws.

Dismal.

Been there once for the farcical 3-2 defeat in 11/12. Jonny Ertl at right back is one of the worst displays I've ever seen from a red and white shirt.

Would be nice to see us turn it on against them for a change.

If it was the game when Brownie scored from 20 yards when we were down to ten men it was one nil

Ben Doanes absolute screamer at the Bescot.

Think we won 2-1.

Could somone cleverer than me put the youtube clip on here please!

It was 1-0 - a Brown screamer Boxing Day 2002.
