Bit of fun but there's an amusing twitter page titled "Finished Players" where they discusses occupations ex-pros enter once they've retired.
Anyway I Found out from a stylish friend of mine that a former United player is now a male model for GQ. A somewhat bizarre and different scenario from the after dinner/pundit grain, but can you guess who?

As an aside, about a year or two ago now, on the way back from a Rotherham game at Burton I think, I bumped into Craig Short, who at the time was a youth coach at Derby, having turned down one or two lower league jobs. Anyhow, he showed us a picture of Ships on his phone from a couple weeks back, playing football - and you thought he was carrying some timber before!!! Fat bars-steward wouldn't do him justice
