I expect my opinion on grealish is the same as the majority, on Saturday when he flings himself in the air and rolls around for an hour I would love to hear us shouting neymar ,neymar hopefully it would get our feelings across better than just booing the orible little git, on the downside he will probably think we are comparing his football abilities to neymar rather than his cheating, conning, shitty antics, I would love to hear 20 odd thousand blades shouting it at him mind.

Isn't he injured?

He went off injured last match at half time so hopefully! He'll be some miss for them if he doesn't play but then they've got Conor Hourihane! If we had just two or three of the current Villa team to compliment what we have then I'd expect us to win promotion, under Wilder! Steve Bruce seems to underachieve with them and I actually really rate Bruce. Maybe its the pressure.

Last season's game he did fuck all except score a blinder. Reminds me of Lee Evans in another game. Just needs Bash to give him a reminder or two early in the game and that's the last we'll see of him. Vastly overrated player in my opinion.

It was Snodgrass who scored, not Grealish...

You really rate Bruce....well unless you are discussing the merits of Nigel Bruce's depiction of the bumbling Dr Watson alongside Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes, then I have to deduce (keeping with the SH theme) that you must have been drinking voddy all afternoon to come to this illogical conclusion.

You really rate Bruce..

Couldn't agree more.

The granny look alike serial quitter has eventually mananged to squander large budgets to get a couple of medium sized clubs promoted playing dull football. FFS, that idiot played his son ahead of Harry for 2 seasons. Of course after the World Cup 'he always knew how good Harry was', yeah right, wanker!

He walked out on our club and deserves our contempt and nothing less. Makes my piss boil that the media love him so and he always gets another chance.

He's no Wilder but then he's the best manager in the :League in my view. Bruce did well at Hull, Birmingham and to a less extent Sunderland - from memory. I think the team spirit at Villa isn't as good as it could be, based on clubs like ourselves and Millwall who clearly do have a great team spirit. Maybe buying the big time players leads to ego's and a few are there because of the money rather than a genuine desire for football. Might be totally wrong there but with the talent they have something isn't quire right there. They were close last season though to be fair.

Don't disagree on what he did to us but as a manager he's had some success. Plenty of worse managers who keep getting jobs - Steve McClaren springs to mind! Maybe I should have said I rate Bruce rather than I really rate Bruce! Slight difference I know!

All about opinions but Bruce is one of those managers who won’t and can’t manage without shitloads of cash to wave around and has absolutely no respect for a clubs finances. He’s been very quick to jump ship when expected to work to a strict budget (us? Wigan? Etc) Lets be honest, without the wonga the Allams were first throwing around would he ever have been tempted by Hull? The moment it dried up he was off faster than the Brinks Matt getaway driver. Even after all the cash he spent he got Hull up via the play offs without threatening the autos and apart from a 6 game period last season it was the same with Villa. Even there fans don’t rate him as his quality of player often gets his tactical decision making out of the shit. He even had the nerve to complain he had a threadbare squad last season with little or no money to spend! ........ Yes he’s gained promotions but with what he has spent over his managerial career you’d expect some sort of success. Even Robson managed a little. Personally I wouldn’t want him anywhere near our club and thank fuck he probably never will be again

You want us all to let the best player the opposition have we think he's akin to the most expensive player in the world?

I can see that shrinking his confidence.
Yup, when he's rolling around, I reckon even he is not that thick, then again. I would also like to see the look on bruces and the villa bench faces when hearing it,wouldn't you?

You would have got 10/10 if you'd kept the SH theme to the end and said doing foo foo dust all afternoon.

Good point, though I have to say that I've always thought that Mr Bruce spends more time chasing the moolah, rather than the Dragon.

"Grealish on Saturday" - I thought it was something the OP was having for his lunch!! (I'm not very knowledgeable on the names of some fancy foods).

It’s always a good idea to wind the oppositions best player by a mile up by giving him special attention.

I can’t think of one occasion when doing that has come back on us and bit us on the arse...
