according to the OS:

"Ward, Williamson, Naysmith, Montgomery, Davies, and possibly Derek Geary could be properly available in the next three or four weeks"

Bunn,
Geary, Walker, Morgan, Naysmith
Little, Williamson, Monty, Treacy
Evans, Ward

Looks a pretty good team for the 2nd half of the season in my opinion...

About time someone posted something positive!

Yeah, well said.

Not sure Geary will fit in though. He didn't get a look in when Blackwell first came, i'm sure he was fit?

On another note, we are just in a "sticky" patch at the moment. A good team doesn't turn shit overnight and lets be honest if we had a fully fit squad we would be a good team... Stick with it boys and girls and please don't start a demonstration... Not yet anyway. Who we gonna get Southgate?? NO THANKS!

Also looks a very small side and very slow side in wide areas (Geary apart who can shift a bit). It also contains a terrible keeper.

Overall though yes, we still have a decent squad that if managed properly should be a match for anyone in the tier.

I don't think it is the personnel in the team that are the major problem, but the style of football they will be instructed to play.

Bunn has been dropped by the sounds of it, Geary has hardly played for two years, no-one's seen Williamson play for United but Watford fans haven't been noticeably suicidal about his departure and Evans is the worst big money centre forward to play for United since Chris Guthrie.
Other than that, looks great.

Yeah up the blades! King Kevin's red and white magicians cast a spell on those lame Taffs. The mighty Blades will chop down those Bluebirds. We'll slice and dice em like Gary Rhodes does chicken breast!?

Electric Evans to Erase Errors. Christ-like Camera to crush Cardiff. H-awesome Henderson to hush H-Bluebirds. Magnificent Morgan to Massicare Micheal (Chopra). Krap Killa new (hair) Kut. Tremendous Treacy to tan tame (Gary) Tapali. Wonderful ward to whack wanky Whittigham.

Beautiful Blades to bash bollocks Bluebirds!

Ward and Treacy are fast enough for me with little putting the crosses in from the other side.

Williamson is a quality player. My mates a Watford fan, rates him highly.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Geary will have a Chris Armstrong esque return after injury.

Evans has cost £1.5m so far, and if he fails (which I don't think he will) it'll stay around that fee. So a bit OTT to label him the worst big money centre forward to play for us since Guthrie.

Can't think of many others.
Alan Young eventually scored a few, I suppose you could consider the Jamaican bloke whose name escapes me as being up there though I can't imagine Chedwyn ever running rings round Man Utd's defence at any stage in his career and you did notice he was on the pitch when he occasionally played.

Will be interesting to see who will play in the middle of the park when all of Monty, Quinn, Harper and Williamson are fit. 4-3-3 anyone??

Bunn
Walker Morgan Kilgallon Naysmith
Williamson Monty Harper
Ward Evans Treacy

Subs: Bennett, Fortune, Stewart, Little, Henderson, Camara, Quinn

That'll be Luton Shelton, Len.

Chris Guthrie..blimey..remember him..what a load of dross..Evans seems the same, you are right...i think he is lazy...

Don't want to be the bringer of bad news but Naysmith broke down in training yesterday. Went into a crazy tackle in training and his ankle came up like a balloon. He's had some scans which I've no idea of the result as yet.
It was one of his first days back and he was supposed to be taking it easy
