Good luck Jon Stead

Steadinho was signed from Harrogate’s opponents Notts County too. Presumably it would be their first time in the Football League if they win – hope they manage it.

Watched their home tie against Boreham Wood. It was odd seeing players with black rubber bits all over their kit thanks to their artificial pitch. Reminded me of PE at school.

That'll have to go if they get promoted, although there was talk of bringing back artificial pitches for lower league sides due to them being cost effective.

Should Harrogate Town win, contractors are lined up to start work on laying a new grass pitch on the 4th August. They also have an agreement to play their first few home games at a neutral ground. They need ten weeks for the pitch to be ready

Good luck to Jon Stead today as he leads the strike force for Harrogate Town in their National League play-off final.

Always a great professional for United and was involved in some memorable games.
A better player with his feet than many gave him credit for, similar to McBurnie in some ways.

I always thought he put a shift in and was a decent player. As you say, GLTTL

On a side note, I hope that Harrogate play in red and are sponsored by Bettys or Yorkshire Tea

Great goal against West Ham - came in from the right and fired it into the bottom corner.

Good equaliser at Charlton.

All amounted to nowt.

Good luck Harrogate.

Will be removed on Tuesday if they win, with early home matches played elsewhere until the pitch is ready

Managed by a pig and owned by a pig 🤔

Still think I'd prefer to see them do it

Jon Stead isn't even in the Harrogate squad.

EDIT: He's on the bench actually, missed him
