With the luck of the Irish
Think it's only right to comment when things go well. When we got to the turnstile for the Kop yesterday, the tickets had been blocked. Fortunately, expecting it to be busy we were there at about 2.30. The steward at the turnstile, the ticket assistance steward and then the chap at the ticket collection booth were all extremely helpful and pleasant and it's great that when something does not work quite right, it was dealt with efficiently and pleasantly.
