Would appear you are correct. Im not sure what France is doing with regards promotion and relegation if we were to do the same and end it at the halfway point they would be 3rd and id assume the the top 3 would be promoted rather than have play offs.

Looks like France has just declared the season over with no details as of Qualification and relegation yet. the Dutch however have ended the season and nobody will be promoted or relegated
