Football seems to be slowly dragging itself into the 21 century - but as usual goes for the wrong option. How many times a season are goals wrongly awarded or disallowed on the basis thee ball did not cross the line? I suspect only a fraction of the number of times caused by incorrect offside or penalty decisions.

I'd go down the route of each team having 1 TV review per half, get it right you keep your review and wrong you lose it.

Then it doesn't matter how shit the ref is, it's the manager's/player's fault for getting the review wrong.
