Give Barry a chance Dino Wilder

He has a working brain unlike Andre 2 yard touch brooks and Ogbene the 200M sprinter

I know he isnt 6 foot 2 and doesnt take a long throw ins

But any one with half a fooballing brain or coaching badges like myself (Uefa B License)

I have done multiple scouting reports on him and woild comparehim to a Right footed Jarrod Bowen

I hate stuff like this. It’s written in a way where you can almost see the self-satisfied smug grin on the author’s face as they click the”post” button, like they are penning the best slice of humour since Wilde (not Wilder) hung up his fountain pen.

At least be actually funny if you do stuff like this. This is the equivalent of some moron tweeting “Cry more” as a response to a complaint about a ref’s decision.

He might get another chance here. Or will get another chance in his career. He is still very young.

But clearly hasn't been favoured and not just by Wilder. I do not believe he is comparable to Jarrod Bowen at this moment in time.

There obviously is a player there - he was far too good for League One last season. Don't think the code will be cracked here playing for us though.

Agree…..he was very impressive at Stockport in league 1
I sit on the Kop with a few very reasonable older types who support our players and don’t exaggerate.
Even we are sat there scratching our heads. It’s as though there’s been a body swap….does he have a twin brother taking his place?

He’s been consistently poor, seems very weak in the challenge, easily knocked off the ball, like a 17 year old playing mens football.
Also he doesn’t seem particularly quick….his only positive is he’s quite greedy so at least he tries shooting….mainly from outside the area.

My issue was his last match….he’d been dropped but Wilder surprisingly gave him a start against Watford…this was his chance to impress.
He stayed out on the wing and his body language was terrible, he didn’t seem to want the ball and he didn’t show much effort to come back defending.
It was a bit like having 10 men on the pitch and it was no surprise that he was subbed off on 55 minutes. We looked so much better when Brookes was on.

It’s weird because based on what he’s produced at SU he’s not even league 1 standard.
Maybe he’s not seeing enough of the ball and needs to be in a team that dominate matches with constant attacking.

He seems to be lacking something compared to his stockport days, maybe play him alongside Campbell in the middle that may work, after that I don't know
