I wouldn't advocate offering him big money but when we're talking quite literally about whether a centre half who's played one league game would be a good option upfront surely Lambert is worthy of a short term low wages contract. If he won't accept low terms tell him to foxtrot.

Yeah i made the suggestion based on the fact that he used to be a good player for Southampton, so know's Billy Sharp(e) and he also played for Liverpool and therefore will basically get us some "right talent" from their academy.
