This isn't complicated – the Williams in the OP that links to us is a Welsh international and a winger/forward. The other Williams is a defender, and not Welsh.

Very highly thought of at Fulham at at international level with Wales. After his injuries he played superbly for Fulham reserves/U23s.

Played in pre seasontoo for first team, doubt they would sell so guess it'd be loan.
