Excellent all round midfielder. Very energetic, committed and a good tackler. Decent ability on the ball and can score goals. Left footed.

Would be a big improvement on Evans and Lundstram.

Could we really go for him without selling one of those two though?

Would be a great signing, but unlikely. No idea where the kid plays but we’ve got our midfield. Villa can’t buy anyone surely, so if he’s going anywhere it’ll be Leeds.

How much do people think it would take to shift him ?

Following the change in ownership Villa can buy players

Aston Villa (able to spend again) and Leeds will both be able to offer far more favourable packages to Millwall and Saville. Sadly, as we have seen already with Waghorn, when it comes to buying players we simply cannot compete with the bigger clubs in this division under the current owners, which is tricky when Wilder’s targets are not coming from left of field.

I expect he'd cost between £3.5m - £6m.

They wouldn't sell without replacing him though.

The one to offer them in exchange would be Leonard. But Wilder won't want to lose him, neither would I.
Yeah me neither ,I've got a good feeling about leonard just think he needs to find a role
I also think baldock will step up a level this year

The way Wilder is talking about us bringing in another striker now it seems like whichever striker is coming will probably be on loan. If this is the case then we'll have the money there to buy a player for a different position. And like you said, he would be an improvement of Lunny and Evo who are players we definitely need to improve on.

Oh and I was speaking to his Dad on the way to the ground before the Millwall game around November 2015, when he was on loan there.

Unfortunately that was when we were still suffering from post Nigel Clough disease so I didn't sell the club particularly well....

Will he fix it for them to get premier league promotion at 15th attempt

They started fantastically well. They did last season TBF. Wonder if they can maintain it? Top 6 easy for me. Along with Forest.

If they go up that's 2 big clubs finally back in the prem.
