Here's a pretty good rule for this place. If someone posts a screen shot of a social media account there's a good chance it's a dodgy source unless it's someone who is private like Danny Hall is right now!

Just posting something I have seen... I have been member of this forum from day one only post the odd time as people always seen to have a opinion and slag off... Which puts me off posting really sad that members like myself who use to love the forum and post on here don't want to due to this

Apologies but it's akin to someone having a chat with a cold caller before politely saying not interested wasting everyone's time! It's very easy to spot fake/bullshit twitter transfer accounts.

1. It’s clear we’re spending as little as we can on actual fees and offering decent wages / loan fees / signing on fees.

Burrows £3m
Cooper £2m
Moore £1.5m

£5m would easily be our biggest fee this window

2. If we were to spend £5m on a player we would not be loaning them out. We’ve never spent big on as player and loaned them out before. If we were spending that kind of fee this window surely it would be on a striker as an alternate too Moore as we look light up top

We don’t know how close the takeover might be or the degree to which it might change things. Just because we haven’t done something in the past doesn’t mean we won’t do it in the future.

I agree.

But nothing suggests we’re going to be doing that anytime soon, especially this window.

The screen shot says we’ve agreed a fee which would surely mean we’d be due another slap on the wrists for the new guys negotiating transfer deals before the take over completes.

I just don’t see it anytime soon. Maybe a few transfer windows into new ownership. If they’re rich enough to come in, immediately buy a £5m player and loan them straight back out I’ll gladly admit I was totally wrong.
