Absolutely, and as others have said he's not going to come out and talk too much about a change of style 1) because it's disrespectful to the previous regime (deserved or not and remembering he was part of it) and 2) he doesn't want to build false hopes of an immediate change to free-flowing attacking football.

None of us expected Martin O'Neill but what we have got is a young enthusiastic manager with a winning mentality.
