There are move afoot to sing the French national anthem on Tuesday at the England v France game.

Somehow I think that is a fitting response and whilst it will be fuck all to the IS perpetrators - it should at least send a message out of solidarity.

We should also, just this time, consider not singing "God save the Queen"

It should, if adopted be a moving experience.

Come on FA - do the right thing and at least promote the singing of "la Marseillaise" - words on the score boards before anyone says they don't know the words.

Not sure about all that I think reverse the order of the anthems so that The French anthem is second rather than the home athem, also have all the players stand together in alternate rather than line up as two opposing sides during the anthems.
