Don't you just love Blades fans? Moan like an Essex bitch at Lakeside with a super tight fella when they aren't spending money, then whine that they're going to spend too much when it looks like the wallet is coming out.
It's not my money mate, as long as we don't put ourself in financial trouble I don't care what we pay.
Sometimes you've got to pay over the odds.

For my social education if you don't mind SEB, could you identify the characteristics of an Essex bitch as, say, compared to the Lanarkshire equivalent, or the Somerset bitch whose reputation for getting the most out of a sucked straw is legend in that neck of the woods.

Depending on one's tastes, if that's your stereotypical Essex bitch, she's either the embodiment of Basildon chic who works at Nails-R-Us, or she's weighing up the career advantages of working in her local porn studio while referring to everyone she meets as 'Babe'.

Apparently trending on twitter #cockinafrock

Wouldn't know whether to f**k it or feight it.
No amount of beer would be enough for me. I think the phrase goes something like 'thanks, but no thanks, drive on driver'

All about taste and preferences. I have neither for this particular lady.

Bit I read online was that we'd bid £100,000 and then increased it to £200,000 which sounds a lot more like us than the £1,000,000 quoted in the English press

There's absolutely no conceivable way we've gone from a £100k bid to £1m bid on a player that will be out of contract in a few months. It's neither the Blades, nor Clough's way

£100k upped to £200k is Cloughs way, but I fear that won't sway things for us. We will be priced out of it I guess, which will be a shame

Dundee United on BT sport tonight for anyone wanting to watch him, assuming he plays.

Looks like Clough is watching Hamilton v Dundee Utd tonight

Hamilton Accies FC:
"Nigel Clough an interested spectator."
One wonders who the Sheffield United manager is watching tonight. The 48-year-old has successfully raided the Scottish market previously - with some success - of course for the likes of Marc McNulty and Stefan Scougall most recently. Any thoughts who he might be interested in? Tweet me!

Has the camera man panned to Nige in the crowd yet?
