Good to see that spineless, cowardly, pathetic excuse of a human being on the verge of going out of the league with Wycombe in his first proper role of football manager.

I can only wish that his career ended 16/17 years earlier with him getting carted off the pitch in agony with his career in tatters like Dane Whitehouse ended his career.

I was there that day. It was a horrible, spineless assault and Ainsworth never rang to see how he was, sent a card or even had the bollocks to apologise.

Karma is a bitch, but i wish she was a lot more of a bitch.

And there was an article in the Mirror this morning making him out to be a fookin' saint. Good riddance to bad rubbish. And I used to quite like Wycombe.

so great to see Beattie and Wilder staying up at the expense of that piece of discharge.
Good to see Carlisle ,Shrewsbury ,Stevenage and hopefully Tranmere exiting our division ,teams we never seem to do well at.

We won at all of those last season, except Stevenage :-)

Unfortunately, the football gods rarely, if ever, smile on us, however, if they have any decency in them at all then all the bad luck in the world will fall on this disgraceful piece of footballing sh*t !!

He destroyed the career of one of the most decent kids ever to come through our ranks, a player who was a true Blade and regularly gave his time for charity events, kids events for supporters etc.

I do hope that Ainsworth's boll**cks (although little and insignificant) turn black and rot off, leaving him screaming in agony !!

What a vile, spineless piece of scum this individual is.
UTB & FTP

Praying for a Torquay win next weekend, let WW and that piece of turd they call manager finish bottom of the Football League before disappearing down the toilet.

Somewhat controversially I believe Wilder has spoken quite highly about Ainsworth over the years. Think he probably has a very different perspective having come across him regularly as a manager, whereas our views are very much through the lens of one particular incident in his career. No denying though what is a really impressive feat to take Wycombe up to the Championship though.

He is a contender for manager of the year.

We were quite happy to cheer Dean Saunders despite the disgusting challenge as a Liverpool player that ended Paul Elliot's career.

I get that people don't forget the Whitehouse challenge but I really think we have to move on. It seems the guy has done a fantastic job as a Manager. It is highly likely he will be poached by a much bigger club than Wycombe. You could see the Pigs having a go, although whether he would want to go to such a basket case and whether Chancer would have the brains to spot Ainsworth are big question marks.

I'm happy to do both.

He's done a fantastic job at Wycombe, but is a smarmy twat that I hope receives all the misfortune in the world.

Well as Ainsworth flies into the championship hailed as a hero with Wycombe,
i'm reminded once again that the phrase, 'karma is a bitch' is the biggest load of bollocks ever spouted.

I don’t know about that. Karma has dictated that Gareth Ainsworth must forever look like an ageing deviant rather than a football manager.

Do we know if Saunders ever apologised to Elliot for his challenge ??

It’s one thing a bad mis timed challenge, it’s another not giving a fuck about the guy you launched into for the rest of his life

Imagine Ainsworth as Pigs Manager - think that might send a few blades over the edge.

There was an interview a while back where he mentioned it and I think he came across as more sympathetic. He mentioned playing at the Lane a while after it and going up for a ball with Alan Kelly. Kelly did what players do and took his time getting up, and Ainsworth apparently said to him like "Please get up or I'm not going to make it out of her alive".

On the other hand, I still remember seeing that tackle and it was a shocker.
