I posted this on one of the other forums but maybe someone on here could come up with an answer or two!
I find it very frustrating when Robbo makes a statement like "the players aren’t as good as thought when I first took the job." Aren’t these the same players that were good enough to get promoted 2 seasons back, the same players that were almost good enough to stay in the prem last season? All under a so-called less capable manager! Could some one at the club come out and tell us why Robbo thinks this way & why Robbo who came out & said we have to get away from the blame culture, then the very next week blames the players but not himself? And why has it taken so long to get some loan players in?
And whilst they are at it could someone explain to me why we play OK (sometimes good) in the first 20 min of a game then fall apart? Its happened in most matches this season!:shakehead::confused:

A lack of concentration, commitment and fitness by the looks of things.

Lack of fitness! If that's the case its unforgivable. It’s the players’ responsibility to be as fit as they can be, 10 games in they should all be at peak condition! Lack of commitment, why? Surly it’s in everyone’s interest to try & do his best in every game! Lack of concentration well maybe if there are factions forming in the team, as it looked on Saturday then that's understandable, but still unforgivable!

it's just the resuming of normal blades service :)

albeit with a little less fight than recent years :(

Something needs to change, I have no idea what, but with the squad we have we should be close to the top.

I've been watching the Blades for over 25 year, so I know the ups & downs that they put us through. But I think I’d just got used to the fight & spirit that we saw over the Warnock years! Other than one or two exceptions!:cry2:

Personally, i think that its down to confidence or the lack there of. This team is as good as anything in the division but at the moment we are proving to be much less then the sum of our parts.

As soon as we go a goal down it looks as though none of our players want the ball, any cohesion that we may have had up until that point then goes out of the window and basically everything seems to fall apart.

I'm not gonna wade into the debate about the manager but what i will say is that i haven't seen anything to suggest that the lads are sufficiently motivated.
I don't see enough from the sidelines to suggest that every effort is being made to adapt to situations that aroccur during a game and i am yet to see us come out after half time and look really fired up.

Confidence is a hard thing to build up but a couple of good wins and clean sheets would probably do the trick; they seem a long way off yet though.

Well 100 points to play for still so not all is lost. :)

i don't like wanting manager's sacked and never once called for warnock to go but we have got to change the manager, or way he coaches because to me that is where we are falling down.. he doesn't show no emotion or passion, the players don't show no emotion or passion...we'll not like they did when we had neil in charge
