Quinn was excellent once again as was Vokes who seemed to have run himself to water by the end.
Decent crowd after not winning for 15 games on a Tuesday night for me.

Thought Lowry was the best player tonight ,Lowton should play at right back ,Vokes and Quinn put everything in. We looked so much better when Cresswell and Nosworthy departed.

all the mentioned, Quinn, Lowton, Vokes and Lowry impressed me last night. I agree that Quinn has been great since being played on the right. And dare I say it, but Collins actually did alright (not stand out performance, but he actually did what you expect of a CB), especially v big Dele.

Nosworthy, Cresswell and Doyle. All terrible IMO.

Did anyone else notice how every fan around them headed every clearance from their seats in that last 10 mins last night, grown men sat doing little headers everytime the ball came in our box.

I haven't knocked Cresswell before...BUT, his quickest run last night was to get off the pitch when he was subbed, head bowed with a token look and clap towards the Kop. It seemed to us that he couldn't wait to get off.

I've always been a "Boycotter". Sturdiest batsman of his generation and someone who would make a fine base for the better (riskier?) shot makers.
Still enjoyed last nights win so not so "tuff" on me then.
