Just been looking at the capacity of the grounds used in the rwc,not a seat to be had anywhere and this got me thinking,obviously if we were in the premiership we would have sections we wouldn't be able to use cos of who we are!!

So my point is,is their any ground where big restrictions apply like our "h block" john st etc in the prem at the moment and which club would be affected if promoted.

RWC - is this about the rugby? I haven't watched any of the games, but i accidentally put ITV on the other day and Australia were playing someone, i wondered what it was as the ground looked shite and it was half empty... turns out it was the Rugger Union. Turned it over right after, so thats all i've seen but it certainly didnt look anywhere full.

I got offered tickets for a game at Leeds this weekend, i thought my mate was offering it for Rugby League with it being Leeds. He wanted facevalue, £49 for the ticket. A lot of money but thought as Rhino's were looking to seal the League it would be worth it.... He said it was Rugger Union and he never shifted the ticket. Turned out it was for Canada and Italy and Leeds Rhinos were away at Huddersfield.

On those two examples i'm making a wild assumption that theres loads of spares about which have been sold (or corporate giveaways) but not many takers so there'll be loads of empty seats.

The sty, Rotherham Barnsley and Doncaster seem to have big areas sectioned off during big games, the connection... South Yorkshire Police. Take a look at last weeks Spurs vs Arsenal game, a night match with fans segregated by one line of sitting stewards. Spot the difference when we travel to Oakwell.

Well the entire John St has been sectioned off to anyone who doesn't have a kid with them for well over a decade. Which is breathtakingly prejudiced and shouldn't be legal but there you go.

John Street should be reverted to what it was before - half family enclosure (Kop End) and anyone else for the side closest to the Lane.

We should have billed plod for loss of earnings for the Charlton and Spurs games. Thanks to them our capacity for the those games were reduced by nearly 4k, or around £160k over two games.

If you have a mate who's a season ticket holder, they can get you a ticket for the JSS. Also plenty of people without kids go on there as ST holders

Between being 14 and 16 I had one on there, but as soon as I turned 17 I was told I could no longer have one on there. I haven't been on the John St for 13 years.

Why couldn't I get a season ticket on there when my youngest came of age. He's 23 now. as far as I'm aware same rules still apply.

Probably can't get "new" tickets on there without meeting the criteria. We were just in the non-family part when it was built, stayed ever since.

Had season tickets on JSS for donkey's years now - both kids had ST on there but when they moved on to Uni in different cities, me & their Dad maintained same seats. My lad is now 28 so its about 10 years since he had a ST & it's 6 years since my daughter left this fair city (and her ST) for the wrong side of the Pennines. When they come home & want a match ticket I dont have any probs getting one as they are still registered on the system

We have 4 adult tickets in family stand. When we first moved into the family area out kids were still juvenile so it was 2 adult+2 kids. When they turned 16 I asked what would happen and they said as long as we kept renewing it wasn't a problem. TBH very few kids around us anymore!
