I get the feeling there'll be a little bit of fallout coming Radio Sheffields way for this especially from Wilder . His transfer dealings have been absolutely watertight since he's been here and this will quite rightly piss him off .

I broke the news on Friday but I don't think anyone on here took me serious. I'm not really a regular ITK poster but this one just couldn't be quashed from where it came from.

Martin the ClayXBlade broke this yesterday afternoon over on Bladesmad,so Staton has seen it and done some digging,they have Martin's phone number on file at RS.
 
Now some dickhead's on promoting a personal charity cause - on a night when there's so much to discuss about United. They should have cut him off.

I'm just reminding myself why I don't bother listening to RS anymore.

But even if you got everything correct, it'd still be taken with a huge pinch of salt every time you posted.

Most people at some point have been suckered in by supposed 'ITK' information, so until owt is official, many say nowt.

I'd be surprised if that's how it's been leaked mate . If staton did scour bladesmad on a regular basis he'd know full well that clayX isn't exactly reliable when it comes this kind of thing .

TO be fair, Staton is next to useless and would have been his dream to ruin the Blades phone in, you know the one to celebrate our promotion. Full weight cunt
 
Don't think the timing is an issue, really. Aside from us hitting 100 points for the fun of it, our season is over in any important way. More than anything I'm pleased to hear that we're getting in straight away to make our signings happen. All too often we leave things late and end up with the leftovers.

As for Ched specifically, I'm a bit surprised because I thought things might have been heated enough to put an end to this. I'm also a bit wary that he's not shown his fitness this season. For the money being talked about, from a purely footballing perspective, I think this is exactly the kind of gamble we should be taking.

A couple of my mates in Sheffield have said that this is typical of radio Sheffield to leak a story and to hell with the consequences!!. Wilder will be very pissed off about this!!. No comment from the club or wilder makes me wonder how true the story is being as it was in the gutter press yesterday and the pig paper( the star) today!!. I'm in two minds on this ched story but trust wilder 1000%. Up the blades

I think you're right there, and as others have said I thought it was supposed to be a United special tonight? Maybe they pulled out once Radio Sheffield announced about Ched. I don't think United would be pleased about it coming out just before we're playing Chesterfield.

Correct you did and I for one said, it was bullshit , shows how much I know.
Got to say I'm disappointed, it's something I think we don't need , but I trust wilder so it should be ok .
Obviously there's a lot of shite written about united, as some people said McCabe had fallen out with mr Massey over Ched and that hat Ched was going to sue United, (God only knows what for though).
Must admit it would of been better keeping this quiet for a while.
The alleged special on Radio Sheffield with players and staff tonight seems to have disappeared.
Perhaps the wrath of Wilder,good on yer..

We've barely had a mention in the press since winning the league. The final game is all about us, not what people say about us. If anything, we're playing the one side in the league that can't give us any stick for it.

Chesterfield got relegated today, he hasn't played in their last few games, but unlikely he'll fancy playing in league two and they'll need the money and we need another striker....

The football season will end soon, so let the summer transfer speculation begin

Jordo broke it Friday. Clayx couldn't break wind. He's like impending fucking doom since he fell out with the club. Bullshitter.

Told five minutes ago it's come from inside Uniteds boardroom. McCabes furious.

Can't reveal sources etc etc but someone high up blah blah blah. But it's true. Apparently.
 



Didn't sit right Pig Staton and Buchan "playing devil's advocate" by being ultra-positive about the Evans signing & effectively lecturing Blades who had the temerity to have a differing point of view.

Especially when their "devil's advocate" stance has been the polar opposite in the past. And when there was no need for this story prior to the feelgood Chesterfield game - apart from the fact that they wanted to break it (but even then they couldn't be arsed trying to get a response from Wilder or the club).
