One thing I did pick up on before the radio went off was a Pig ringing in to tell the show that CW had just written the new Boss Hogs team talk as he said Wendy wouldn' be up for it. This was then stirred by Staton surprise surprise.

Are they all a bit dense over at S6? Wilder didn't actually say anything like. He said his own players were all really looking forward to it whilst some at Wendy maybe not so. Different things. I don't always look forward to going into work....but I will always be up for it when I arrive there.

I would be shocked if Jos Luckacky has found Radio Sheffield and tuned into Football Heaven. He's been in the country less than a week. Even did if he did tune in, do think he'd understand owt that was said, even from Wilders mouth

Seriously!?! The few times i've listened to Football heaven callers, there have been one or two knowledgeable fans of both clubs, uninterested in self promotion, but having heard that Brian fella he just seems to be a complete idiot with very little knowledge about what is actually happening at United. Its a nonsense to even give him air time when there are probably a lot more fans who'd like to discuss their clubs sensibly and can't get on for this idiot talking about his own experience at Sunday league level or whatever.

I can't speak for the Wednesday fan as i've never heard him.

It really is a low point for Radio Sheffield when their 'Shoreham boys' special a week or so ago was, in my opinion, one of the best pieces of sports radio i've heard in a long time.

Like others have said, there is a need to keep Football heaven current and interesting, even the star has done a decent podcast/ video with its journalists this week in the lead up to the derby, even if you don't agree with James Shield and Danny04 they're making statements which are both well researched and informed.

I'm all for them having a bit of fun on the radio, but come on, lets give a little respect to the listeners, this is not the xfactor or some other such nonsense reality show where you're trying to create a celebrity, a wide range of supporters listen to Football heaven.

Perhaps it needs to be a 3 day a week show if they can't find the content

Just wanted to make a new thread as I didn’t want my comment to be lost in the official football heaven thread

i haven’t been coming on here long as I frequented that other forum but I wanted to say a congratulations to mick for being offered the great opportunity of being in the football heaven studio today

I have just started listening back and was very surprised to hear both him and Brian in the studio

I have said before I always look forward to micks calls to the show and to have him in the studio was a great touch by the team

well done on this small accolade Mick and hopefully they will ask you back again in the future

I was and I did, sadly. My excuse is I was painting at the time and being a white gloss, it wasn't exciting enough to watch dry.

Generally so am I, but last night was dreadful. As others have said they could have got better callers as guests, maybe Gagey and Newsome or similar, who might actually be able to discuss tactics and players who can play.

Earlier this week BTB was ranting on about starting with Brooks, which shows what an up to the minute top-Blade he is. I wonder if he knows the cricket pavilion has gone? Last night he kept going on about 'NC' on the dressing room door (no change) and repeated that he wouldn't change the team from the last game. Well that was Ipswich away in the cup with 87 changes, you bellend!
