Banned for just the Leicester game after that yellow card? Or does he miss any more? If it’s just the one that he misses then I’d rather him miss that than the league games.

2 match ban, misses QPR too, but he might not have played in the cup anyway, depending on whether we go for it or not, so he's done us a favour by only missing one league game.

Very clever of him, if not subtle haha

He doesn't like playing against QPR - didn't he miss the game at Loftus Road due to suspension too?

Yeah got his fifth booking at Leeds and missed it.

Hope the result isn't the same!

It’s his 10th booking. If he gets 15 yellow cards he’ll miss 3 games. He needs to tighten the discipline or he’ll miss the play off games.

Don't think this will ever happen it's the way he plays and we wouldn't want it any other way. Wilder has also said that if he starts pulling his tackles or neshing out of tackles then he will be dropped. We don't want him changing the way he plays.

Wilder will have to leave him out last game of the season then.

So he doesn’t miss the play offs ;)

It was obvious he was under instructions to get booked so he only missed one league game v QPR and a cup game.
It was quite funny that he dragged one Leeds player down then dragged another down just to make certain he got the yellow card.

I noticed that too, at the time I did wonder what Fleck was doing, a totally avoidable unnessary booking.

Now it makes sense.

Unavoidable?

He had three goes at getting booked in the SAME move. Amazed the ref actually fell for it.
Not seen a more blatant attempt since Michael Brown had to get a suspension out of the way before the semi in 2003. Sure it was Stoke away.

Once BushBlade explained it to me, I can see why Fleck did it. Get booked in injury time, keep play well ensconsed in L**ds territory to wind down the clock and now he misses "less important" games - Leicester and QPR. Smart move ;)

Atleast this time we have backup instead of having to push bash forrad.
Not bothered about Leicester but at win over QPR matters if we're going to get back in the top 6!
